By placing an order, you agree to our delivery charges stated below. These charges are subject to change at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is charged in addition to prices listed on our website. Items selected for in store collection will not incur a delivery charge.
Delivery is to UK Mainland only.
Some goods are not available for delivery, or may only be available for local delivery or collection from store. This is clearly stated in the product description. Orders placed for delivery outside of local delivery postcodes where the product description states local delivery or collection only will be cancelled and a refund issued, less any associated costs
Postal orders are usually made by Royal Mail 2nd Class and are dispatched within 5 working days. Some local delivery orders are sent out in our vehicles, with delivery days Monday, Wednesday and Friday (not including bank holidays).

Local delivery is made to the following postcodes;
MK1, MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5, MK6, MK7, MK8, MK9, MK10, MK11, MK12, MK13, MK14, MK15, MK19.
Calor gas and other bulky items are only available for collection from store, or for local delivery. A rate of £4 will be charged for local delivery of bulky items to the postcodes above.
Local delivery may also be made to postcodes MK18, MK17, MK16. Please contact us to find out.
We cannot guarantee all items listed on our website are in stock at the time you place an order. This could result in the delivery time being delayed or an order having to be cancelled. We will contact you to make you aware of this.
We will attempt to deliver the goods to the address stated on your order. If packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or after twice failing to deliver goods and the goods not being collected from the courier depot, we will refund the price of the goods less delivery charges plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier.
