Hammerite Direct to rust metal paint is specially formulated to perform as a primer, undercoat and topcoat in one. This easy to use paint is ultra-tough, weather resistant and offers 8 years corrosion protection.

To use, remove all loose paint and rust with a wire brush, clean the surface with a mild detergent and apply with a brush. Brushes will need cleaning with Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinners, white spirit will not work.

This is a smooth gloss finish which will retain its sheen for years.

1L will have an approximate coverage of 5m². Touch dry in 1-2 hours. re-coat 4 hours.

Formulated to offer 8 years protection

No need to use a primer or undercoat.
